Meet Anika

I didn’t find coaching because I had relationships figured out.

I found it when my marriage failed.

We were separated, living in different homes. Divorce papers had been signed. We’d tried multiple therapists, programs, and books, and we still couldn’t find our way through. I was devastated.

That experience shaped the work I wanted to do. I wanted to help people bridge the gap between deeply wanting things to change and knowing what to do differently.

I trained through Coach for Life and the Jessica Yaffa Coaching Institute, and went on to study and teach Nonviolent Communication. I was later hired by the Jessica Yaffa Institute as Lead Relationship Coach and Coach Trainer.

Throughout that training, I was doing my own work, too. I began recognizing my part in dynamics I’d previously only understood from my side. Some of it was uncomfortable. Some was downright painful. But it opened up choices I hadn’t known I had—and I began becoming someone I’d only hoped I could be.

Today, I work with men who are used to figuring things out, carrying responsibility, and being counted on—yet feel lost in their relationships. I also work with couples who have put real effort into making things better and keep finding themselves stuck.

I know what it’s like to care deeply and still not know what to do next.

You can bring that here.
